This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website www.ravenrise.store (hereinafter, the "Website"), the purpose of which is the online sale of products and clothing items.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All the contents of the Website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, are the intellectual property of RAVEN CORE S.L., or of third parties, and none of the exploitation rights recognised by current intellectual property legislation over them may be understood to be assigned to the user.

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by RAVEN CORE S.L., or by third parties, and access to the Website may not be understood to grant any right over them.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

RAVEN CORE S.L. shall not be liable for damages of any nature that may arise from the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the Website. Likewise, it is not responsible for the content of links to other websites that it does not own and that, therefore, it cannot control.

5. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

These conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of this Website, the parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona/Alicante.

General Terms and Conditions of Contract

1. Purpose and Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Contract (hereinafter, "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between RAVEN CORE S.L. (hereinafter, "the Seller") and the customer (hereinafter, "the Buyer") arising from the purchase of the products offered on the website www.ravenrise.store.

The Buyer's acceptance of these GTC is an essential requirement to formalise any purchase. The Buyer declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity necessary to enter into a contract.

2. Pre-contractual Information

The Seller complies with its duty of prior information in accordance with the provisions of Article 60 (Pre-contractual information) and Article 97 (Pre-contractual information for distance contracts and contracts concluded away from business premises) of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU). All relevant information about the characteristics of the products, prices, shipping costs and legal conditions is detailed on each product's page and in these GTC.

A. Purpose and Description of the Products

• Composition and Materials: Specify the fabrics (e.g. "100% organic cotton", "polyester and elastane blend").
• Size Guide: Provide a detailed size chart with measurements in centimetres to avoid returns due to incorrect sizing. It is useful to also indicate the size worn by the model in the photo and their measurements as a reference.
• Care Instructions: Include washing, drying and ironing recommendations to ensure the durability of the product and to manage the customer's expectations regarding the maintenance of the garment.
• Visual Description: In addition to high-quality photographs from various angles, it is important that the textual description is faithful to the product. A clarifying note may be included regarding possible slight colour variations due to the user's screen settings.

Legal Basis: Article 60 (Pre-contractual information) and Article 97 (Pre-contractual information for distance contracts and contracts concluded away from business premises) of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

B. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

General Period: Maintain the legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product so that the customer can return it without the need for justification.

Return Conditions:

Specify that the product must be returned in perfect condition, without having been used beyond mere verification (trying on the garment), and with its original tags.

Inform that, if the product is returned with damage or signs of use beyond what is reasonable to try it on, the return of the product will not be accepted and it will be sent back to the customer.

Return Costs:

If the product sent by RAVEN CORE S.L. is in poor condition or defective, we will cover the shipping costs of the return of the product. If the return of the product is for other reasons, the consumer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return of the product.

Specific Clause Model for Withdrawal in Textiles:

XX. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without the need for justification.

Exceptions: In accordance with the regulations, the exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be admitted in the following cases: a) Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. b) Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (for example, underwear, swimwear, earrings). These products will be sent with a seal or hygiene protection device which, if removed, will prevent the return.

Procedure and Conditions: To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision through [contact email] or using the withdrawal form attached to these conditions. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all its tags and without having been used beyond mere verification of the size and characteristics. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defect or error in the shipment".

C. Warranties

• Manufacturing defects: Defective seams, zips that do not work, badly sewn buttons.
• Fabric problems: If a garment bleeds colour or shrinks after the first wash following the instructions on the label.

3. Purchase Process

The contracting procedure is carried out entirely in Spanish and follows the steps below, in accordance with Article 27 (Obligations prior to contracting) of the LSSI-CE:

1. Selection of products: The Buyer will browse the Website and add the products they wish to purchase to the "shopping cart".
2. Cart review: Before finalising, the Buyer may review the contents of their cart, modify quantities or remove products.
3. Billing and shipping details: The Buyer must provide their personal data and the delivery address.
4. Selection of the payment method: The Buyer will choose between the available payment methods.
5. Order confirmation: The Buyer must expressly accept these GTC and confirm their order, at which point the contract shall be deemed concluded.
6. Confirmation by email: The Seller will send an email to the Buyer confirming receipt of their order with a summary of it. This electronic document will be archived and the Buyer may request access to it.

The Buyer may identify and correct errors in data entry at any step prior to the final confirmation of the order.

4. Prices, Taxes and Shipping Costs

The prices of the products are stated in Euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). The full final price, broken down to show shipping costs, will be shown to the Buyer before they confirm the order, in compliance with Article 20 (Information required in the commercial offer of goods and services) of the TRLGDCU.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and the weight/volume of the order and will be communicated during the purchase process.

5. Payment Methods

The accepted payment methods are:

• Credit/debit card
• PayPal
• Bank transfer, Bizum

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery time: The estimated delivery time, from confirmation of the order, depends on the destination: Iberian Peninsula, 24-48 hours; Balearic Islands, 3-4 business days; Canary Islands, 7-10 business days; European Union countries, 4-10 business days depending on the country. The Seller undertakes to make the delivery within the indicated time frames.
• Territorial scope: We ship throughout the national territory (including the Balearic and Canary Islands) and to the following European Union countries: Germany, Netherlandsand Portugal.
• Shipping costs. Free shipping for purchases over €90.

Mainland (Peninsula) shipping costs: +€3.99

Balearic Islands shipping costs: +€6.99

Canary Islands shipping costs: +€8.99

European Union countries shipping costs: €6.90 to €9.90 depending on the country

• Delivery incidents: If delivery is unjustifiably delayed, the Buyer may call upon the Seller to comply within an additional appropriate period and, in the event of further non-compliance, shall have the right to terminate the contract.

7. Right of Withdrawal

• Period and conditions: In accordance with the TRLGDCU (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws), the Buyer has a period of 14 calendar days, counting from receipt of the product, to exercise their right of withdrawal without the need for justification.
• Procedure: To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement, whether by means of a letter sent by post or an email to info@ravenrise.es. They may use the model withdrawal form attached at the end of these conditions, although its use is not mandatory.
• Consequences: In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Buyer, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the Buyer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of their decision. The Buyer must return the goods, bearing the direct cost of the return.
• Exceptions: The right of withdrawal will not be applicable in the cases provided for in Article 103 of the TRLGDCU, such as goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

8. Warranties

All the products offered on the Website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of the goods established in the TRLGDCU, which covers the lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of three years from delivery.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC (General Terms and Conditions of Contract) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the Buyer's domicile.
